Utility Billing Changes In Effect
Effective January 1, 2019, your utility bill (for trash, sewer, groundwater and storm drain services) now comes directly from the City of Visalia and payments will be made to the City.
Why the change? By bringing utility billing in-house, the City is providing enhanced customer service, delivered by City of Visalia staff members.
What has changed?
- Your utility bill account number and the mailing address for your payment has changed.
- If you pay your utility bill through your bank’s billpay, you will need to change your account number and the payment mailing address.
- If you pay your utility bill through automated payment (ACH), you will need to sign up again with the City of Visalia.
In-person payments will continue to be accepted at 707 W. Acequia, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at the drop-off box located at that same address.
