The images should highlight local people and places in Visalia, capturing the essence of our vibrant community in the winter. As our guide is family-centric, showcasing fun programs and events for everyone, the front cover must reflect this spirit of inclusiveness and enjoyment.

Social Media (City of Visalia & Parks & Recreation Facebook and Instagram): 56,000 Followers
The winners will be invited to attend a City Council meeting where they will be recognized with the release of the Winter 2025 Live & Play Guide.
Deadline: Sunday, October 26
A community vote will take place on Monday, October 27 - Friday, October 31.
Winners will be announced on Friday, October 31.
