We're asking residents to fill out a quick survey to help us shape a new City of Visalia online home.

If you would prefer to fill out a paper survey, they are available at the City of Visalia Administration Office, 220 N. Santa Fe St., Visalia by picking up one in the main office. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The online survey will be open through Wednesday, September 24.

Residents are invited to attend one of the feedback opportunities:
- Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6 to 7 p.m. – New City Website Listening Session #1. Held in the Council Chambers, inside City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia Ave., Visalia
- Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 6 to 7 p.m. – New City Website Listening Session #2. Held in the Council Chambers, inside City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia Ave., Visalia
