Les Schwab Tire Center has come through Site Plan Review for their new location coming to the new shopping center at the SWC of Mooney and Visalia Parkway. The 12,491 square foot space is being proposed on the southern end of the development along Mooney.
A new adult health day center is being proposed at 1119 E. Douglas near the south west corner of Douglas and Ben Maddox in a retrofitted former warehouse space.
A new mixed use office development is being proposed next to the Sons of Italy Hall on Goshen. The corner lot will feature several new buildings with office and restaurant uses proposed once the entitlement process has been completed.
California Dairies will be adding a new 8,550 square feet dry goods storage building at its headquarters and processing facility on Plaza Drive in the Industrial Park.
The Visalia Mall is leasing the 4,330 SF (former Styles For Less & Visalia Police Department Community Service center) space to Hibbett Sports, a leading athletic-inspired fashion retailer with more than 1,000 stores. The store’s opening is planned for the 3nd quarter of 2019.
Crescent Jewelers will lease 1,206 SF (formerly Things Remembered) of space. Crescent Jewelers primary focus is the retail sale of diamonds, gold, silver jewelry, watches and jewelry repair. The store is set for opening on in October 2019.
Don Roberto Jewelers is expanding into an additional 677 SF (former Butter Boys Cookies) of space. Their current store will be completely remodeled into their latest prototype and Don Roberto’s will remain open in a temporary location by Old Navy. The store is set for opening on in October 2019.
