New Year Brings Music, Mapusaurus' & More
Blasting into 2018, the Visalia Convention Center is bringing more to the new year than ever before.
This Saturday, January 6th marks the first Gigantic Indoor Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 10 x 10 booths are still available, or come enjoy the treasure hunt and browse. RSVP on Facebook here.
Favorite events like Valdivia Dance is back on Saturday, January 13th, and T Rex Planet is coming back on Saturday, January 20th.
T Rex Planet is bringing dinosaurs back to downtown Visalia and is perfect for kids and those young at heart. T Rex Planet simulates what it would be like to experience the Jurassic, Triassic, and Cretaceous periods first hand. There's even a fossil dig where young paleontologist can dig up ancient bones, a "Dino Bounce" area with dinosaur theme inflatable bounce houses, and much more. Children under age one are free, children ages one to 12 years are $25 each and adults (those 13 and up) are $20 each.
The hits keep coming as Visalia welcomes Christian rock band Newsboys on Sunday, February 18th.
The Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling band is back together for their Newsboys United tour. Together again under one roof, you'll get all the hits from Furler, Joel, Davis, Frankenstein, Phillips, and Tait. Tickets are on sale now, Ultimate VIP Experience and Premium Packages available.
