Earth Day 2017

Celebrate 2017 Earth Day with us and enjoy a day filled with live music, food and exhibitor booths.

The Visalia Environmental Committee, Natural Resource Conservation Division and Visalia Parks & Recreation Department welcome the public to the 2017 Earth Day Celebration and Miki City Park Ribbon Cutting to be held Saturday, April 22nd on Mineral King Ave. (between Stevenson St. and Conyer St.).

Earth Day offers a unique opportunity to gather as a community and inspire one another, all while enjoying great food, music, activities for adults and kids and a wide variety of exhibitors who share ideas on products related to green living. This year's event kicks off with the Miki Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Visalia's newest park, honoring one of our sister cities, Miki Japan.

Attendees will gather with family and friends enjoying programming and learning how they can use the information, products, services, and opportunities presented by exhibitors to benefit the environment.

Organizations, clubs, groups, and businesses are invited to hosted an array of informational, product vendor, and food booths at this years Earth Day Festival. If you are interested in hosting a booth at the 2017 Earth Day Celebration please complete the 2017 Earth Day booth registration form and return it to the City of Visalia's Natural Resource Conservation Division by April 7, 2017.
