With the change to our new Utility Billing system on January 1, 2019, if you previoulsy paid via an automatic withdrawal, your bill payment for January and all future months will not be processed. You can follow either of these steps to resume automatic withdrawal:
- Use the Customer number and Invoice Number you received via email or USPS to set up an online account and restart ACH payments. You will need to manually make one payment using your online account, then you will have the option to make the wihdrawal automaic.
- Or you can wait until you receive a City paper bill (sometime in the month of January) and follow the same steps above to sign-up.
