Loading & Unloading

The loading and unloading entrance is accessible from the east parking area off of South Bridge Street.  Parking is available for (4) four semis or buses directly in the loading area.  The overhead doors are 18' wide x 16' high and 10' wide x 10' high, and approximately 20'-25' to the stage.

Loading in and loading out must be done through the designated loading docks assigned to the show.  Loading in and loading out through the Visalia Convention Center lobby is strictly limited to hand-carried items only.  Materials that require the use of wheeled apparatus must go through the dock area.  Loading docks are for loading and unloading only.  All unauthorized vehicles left in the building area will be towed away at the owner's expense.
