RFB 25-26-07 Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project (Roeben - Demaree)             Deadline: 11/06/2025 @ 3:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for furnishing materials, supplies, equipment and labor for performing the work as specified in the bid document for the Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project (Roeben - Demaree).  This public works project is supported by federal award number STPL-5044(144). RFP 24-25-54 Professional Services for the Update of the City's Pavement Management Program                                                                                                                                  Deadline: 11/13/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                      The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for the update of the City's Pavement Management Program.  The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive field survey and condition assessment of the City’s street network, including pavement surfaces, striping, markings, and signage. The scope of work will include collecting and analyzing pavement condition data, evaluating existing signage and striping conditions, and updating the City’s current asset management system and GIS-compatible database to support the City’s asset management and capital improvement planning efforts. RFP 24-25-32 Annual Contract for Analytical Laboratory Services                                                  Deadline Extended to: 11/20/2025 @ 3:00pm                                                                                The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide analytical laboratory services for the City's Water Reclamation Facility. The initial contract shall be for a 12-month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFB 24-25-41 Annual Contract for Backflow Testing, Repairs, and Maintenance Services at Various City Owned Locations                                                                                                   Deadline: 12/11/25 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                       The City of Visalia is requesting bids for an annual contract for backflow testing, repairs and maintenance services at various city owned locations. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.
