RFP 24-25-23 FY 25/26 CDBG NOFA                                                                                          Deadline: 02/13/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                  The City is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from non-profit 501(c)3 organizations who can provide eligible public services, fair housing, a job training program, a senior home repair program, and a senior mobile home repair program that are in alignment with the City’s 5-year Consolidated Plan. RFQ 24-25-29 On-Call Civil Engineering Consultant Services                                                               Deadline Extended to: 02/25/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                              The City of Visalia is requesting qualifications for Civil Engineering services.  The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a list of up to six (6) Consultants who are qualified and certified to provide Civil Engineering services for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) throughout the year as follows:                        *on an On-Call as-needed basis (Rotational) for Locally funded projects                                              *through mini-proposal processes for State and Federally funded projects.                                          For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-61 Riggin Avenue Widening (Kelsey - Shirk) Project                                          Deadline: 02/20/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is soliciting bids from contractors to furnish materials, supplies, equipment and labor to perform the work as specified in the approved Plans, the Standard Specifications, the Construction Specifications and other Contract Documents for the Riggin Avenue Widening Project (Kelsey-Shirk). This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number: 07-79-07850, Awarded to City of Visalia by the Economic Development Administration (EDA).  All federal procurement requirements provided in Uniform Guidance 2 CFR Part 200 shall be in effect 2 CFR 200 shall be in effect: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-2/subtitle-A/chapter-II/part-200?toc=1As this project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration it is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.  For more information click here.

RFP 23-24-26 Annual Contract for Medical Director Services                                             Deadline: 03/06/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking Proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Medical Director Services for the Visalia Fire Department's Advance Life Support (ALS) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program.  The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.  For more information click here. 

RFB 24-25-43 Supply & Deliver One New Heavy Duty 3/4 Ton Truck                                           Deadline: 03/04/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking bids from authorized Dealerships to supply and deliver one new heavy duty ¾ ton truck that will be utilized by the Visalia Police Department’s Traffic Unit. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by FY 2024-2025 Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program, award number 17925, awarded to the City of Visalia by the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol. RFB 24-25-44 Construct Visalia Civic Center, Phase2                                                         Deadline: 03/27/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking bids from pre-qualified contractors for the Construction of Visalia Civic Center, Phase 2.  Only Contractors listed on the Notice are eligible to submit a bid as Prime Contractor.  This public works project will be subject to all applicable State Wage Determinations, registration with the DIR, and other State requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.
