RFP 23-24-46 Annual Contract for Environmental Consulting Services                                       Deadline Extended to: 10/22/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from certified asbestos consultants to provide environmental consulting services on an on-call basis to perform sampling and analysis to determine the presence of asbestos, mold or fungal growth, and lead at designated City of Visalia properties.  The initial contract shall be for a 12-month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Consultant will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. RFB 25-26-05 Construct Basin D at East Side Regional Park (ESRP)                                              Deadline: 10/08/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                       The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for the construction of Basin D at East Side Regional Park (ESRP) per specifications of RFB-25-26-05.  This public works project is subject to payment of state prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), monitoring by the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual.  For more information click here.

RFB 24-25-15 One-Time Purchase for 3M Scott Snap-Change Cylinder Carbon Wrapped 4500 PSI                                                                                                                                 Deadline:  10/23/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                      The City of Visalia is requesting bids for the one-time purchase and delivery of thirty (30) 3M Scott Snap-Change Cylinders, carbon wrapped, with a working pressure of 4500 PSI. Delivery shall be made to the Fire Administration, located at 420 N Burke St., Visalia, CA. All cylinders shall meet the technical specifications outlined in section B. RFB 25-26-18 Annual Contract for Removal, Replacement, and Disposal of Sulfatreat 156 Media at the at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility                                                                      Deadline: 10/23/2025 @ 3:00pm                                                                                                  The City of Visalia is soliciting Bids for an annual contract for removal, replacement, and disposal of sulfatreat 156 Media at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility.  The initial contract term shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City’s option and with the consent of the Contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. RFB 25-26-07 Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project (Roeben - Demaree)             Deadline: 11/06/2025 @ 3:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for furnishing materials, supplies, equipment and labor for performing the work as specified in the bid document for the Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project (Roeben - Demaree).  This public works project is supported by federal award number STPL-5044(144).
