RFP 23-24-14 Management, Operations and Maintenance of Visalia Transit System                  Deadline:  05/21/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for the management and operation of fixed-route, Dial A Ride paratransit services, V-LINE, Sequoia Shuttle (SEKI), LOOP, and future micro transit services. In addition to managing, operating and maintaining VT Transit System, the scope of services also includes managing, operating and maintaining the facility, fleet vehicles and buses provided by the City.  This contract is federally funded and as such, the federal requirements associated with the performance of services under this contract have been included with the RFP. RFB 23-24-09 Riggin Avenue Widening (Mooney to Conyer)                                              Deadline:  05/29/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking bids for the Riggin Avenue Widening Project from Mooney to Conyer.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number: HIPL-5044(140) awarded to the City of Visalia by: Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Administered by Caltrans.  This is a public works project, subject of prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal Requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-64 Supply & Delivery of One Airfield Sweeper                                                        Deadline: 05/30/2024 @ 2pm  

The City of Visalia is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of one Airfield Sweeper for the Visalia Airport.  This purchase is being funded in whole or in part by means of a grant made by the United States acting through the Federal Aviation Administration of the Dept of Transportation.  This purchase is subject to the Federal provisions, statutes and regulations as set forth in the bid document.  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-65 Annual Contract for On-Call Fencing Services                                      

Deadline: 06/06/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                         The City of Visalia is seeking bids for on-call fencing services as needed to provide fence work including repair, replacement, installation and removal on City owned or right-of-way properties. This is public works project and contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.  The initial contract term shall be for one year period and if mutually agreed on, can be extended annually thereafter for four consecutive one-year periods.  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-38 Park Picnic Tables Replacement Project                                          Deadline:  06/20/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking bids to replace and install new picnic tables at Whitendale Park, Blain Park, and if funding allows, at Ruiz Park.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number SLFRP2005, awarded to the City of Visalia by the U.S. Dept of the Treasury.  Federal funds being utilized for this project are American Rescue Plan Act Funds (ARPA).  This is a public works project, subject of prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal Requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.
