RFP 23-24-37 Design Services for Outfield Fence Replacement                                                    Deadline:  04/18/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design services to replace approximately 275 feet of an existing 12-foot-tall plywood outfield fence at Valley Strong Ballpark (commonly known as Rawhide Ballpark or Recreation Park Stadium) located at 300 N. Gidding Street, Visalia, CA to bring it into compliance with MiLB/MLB requirements for outfield fencing and at a minimum meet ASTM F2000-19 guidelines for fences.  The services to be provided by the awarded consultant shall include professional project management and design services that will result in complete, buildable, construction documents including Improvement Plans, Construction Specifications, and an Engineer's Estimate of probable construction costs.  The construction package shall allow the City to successfully bid and construct the project.  For more information click here.

RFP 23-24-14 Management, Operations and Maintenance of Visalia Transit System                  Deadline:  05/07/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for the management and operation of fixed-route, Dial A Ride paratransit services, V-LINE, Sequoia Shuttle (SEKI), LOOP, and future micro transit services. In addition to managing, operating and maintaining VT Transit System, the scope of services also includes managing, operating and maintaining the facility, fleet vehicles and buses provided by the City.  This contract is federally funded and as such, the federal requirements associated with the performance of services under this contract have been included with the RFP.
