RFB 24-25-10  Resurface of Basketball Courts at Village Park                                           Deadline: 10/14/24 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the resurfacing of basketball courts at Village Park, 315 Pearl Street. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP2005, awarded to City of Visalia by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  This is a public works project, subject of prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal Requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-57  Transport Biosolids to Tulare County Landfill                                              Deadline: 10/22/24 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for an annual contract for the transportation of biosolids from the City of Visalia Water Reclamation Facility to the Tulare County Landfill.  This is a public works maintenance contract subject to payment of prevailing wages, registration with the California DIR, uploading of certified payroll to the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual (attached to RFB document). RFB 24-25-18  Walnut Orchard Demolition and Removal                                                             Deadline: 10/22/24 @ 1:00pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to demolish and remove a 130-acre walnut orchard as specified in the RFB document.  This is a public works project subject to payment of prevailing wages, registration with the California DIR, uploading of certified payroll to the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual (attached to RFB document). RFB 23-24-35 Annual Contract for Landscape Maintenance of Quadrant H                       Deadline: 10/30/2024 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is requesting bids for landscape maintenance of an area identified as Quadrant H.  This public works contract is for the maintenance of approximately 440,579 sq. ft. (10.114 acres).  Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.  For more information click here.

RFB 24-25-19 Park Booster Pump Installation Project                                                      Deadline:  10/31/24 @ 3:00pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking bids to replace and install new irrigation booster pumps and irrigation controllers at various parks.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number SLFRP2005, awarded to the City of Visalia by the U.S. Dept of the Treasury.  Federal funds being utilized for this project are American Rescue Plan Act Funds (ARPA).  This is a public works project, subject of prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal Requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.

RFP 24-25-02 Farm Management Services                                                                           Deadline: 11/05/2024 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City is Visalia is requesting proposals for custom farming and management of City-owned orchard properties.  Currently, there is a total of 445 acres of pecan orchards. The initial contract term shall be for a twelve month period and shall, at the City's option and with the consent of the contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFP 23-24-23 2024 Transportation Impact Fee Study Update                                                 Deadline: 11/07/2024 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking professional consulting services to conduct a complete revision to the Transportation Impact Fee (TIF) Program last updated in 2015, that meets the requirements of the Mitigation Fee Act with Assembly Bill 1600 in 1987 and subsequent amendments. The City intends to award a contract to the most qualified consultant that has a history of successfully performing services on similar Transportation Impact Fee Program establishment, revision, or update.    Professional services for the 2024 Transportation Impact Fee Study Update will be funded by the Transportation Impact Fee Fund.
