RFB 23-24-72 Annual Contract for Rigging Services at the Visalia Convention Center               Deadline Extended to 02/25/2026 @ 2:00pm                                                                                    The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contactors to provide rigging services at the Visalia Convention Center as specified in the RFB document.  The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFB 24-25-40 Annual Contract for Plumbing Repair Services                                                            Deadline Extended to: 02/12/2026 @ 2:00pm                                                                                The City of Visalia is requesting bids for an annual contract for plumbing repair services at various City owned locations. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. RFP 25-26-37 Professional Services for Active Transportation Program (ATP) Non-Infrastructure Programs                                                                                                         Deadline 02/10/2026 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                    The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms or teams to provide professional services for the Active Transportation Program (ATP) Non-Infrastructure (NI) Programs in support of city’s three (3) State and Federal ATP grant funded projects. The selected consultant will work in close coordination with City staff, partner agencies, schools, and community organizations to plan, implement, and evaluate NI activities consistent with Caltrans’ ATP Non-Infrastructure Program Guidance and the project scopes approved by the California Transportation Commission (CTC).  This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal Requirements as stated in the RFP Document.  For more information click here.
