What is: Site Plan
Review is a pre-application process that gives citizens relevant feedback on any changes they wish to make to a site. Whether there are proposed physical alternations to a site or a change of use, site plan review will provide initial guidance for the project in order to meet all applicable codes and requirements of the City of Visalia. Submittal Deadline: Thursdays - 4:00 p.m.
Minimum Requirements: Plan(s) must be clear, legible, and on a sheet size appropriate to easily convey all necessary project information. Suggested minimum sheet size for site plans is 11"x17' (excludes tentative parcel and final maps). Submit 20 copies of the site plan with the application, folded to a legal size of 9"x12" with the print on the outside (no rolled plans).
Applicant must be present or a representative of his/hers at the Wednesday meeting or the item will be continued to the next scheduled committee meeting. The item will be continued one (1) week only.
