Publications & Reports

As a condition of receiving federal funds, HUD requires entitlement jurisdictions to prepare:

1) Five-year ConsolidatedPlan

2) Yearly Action Plan 

3) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Upon review of the CAPER, HUD occasionally responds with a “Annual Community Assessment Report, with the most recent reports reflected under “HUD Correspondence”. 


We Need Your Feedback

In order to draft our 2019-2020 Action Plan, we need your feedback on what uncommitted funding. The City receives federal funding to help us meet certain objectives and outcomes with a focus towards low to moderate income families.

 We need your feedback to help us identify what our high priority need is. Is it a public facility shelter, ADA projects, park improvements or some other item?
