Daytime Ramp Closure Ahead on Plaza

The westbound State Route 198 off-ramp will be closed Thursday, May 31, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. During this one-day closure, drivers are advised to take the westbound off-ramp at Shirk Road to Goshen Avenue, and then west on Goshen to Plaza. Traffic control officers will be directing traffic at the Shirk/State Route 198 intersections. Message boards will be on westbound 198 beginning Saturday, May 19, to alert the public of the upcoming closures.

The Plaza Drive/Highway 198 interchange will be under construction for 18 months. The result will be a wider bridge to better accommodate truck and vehicle traffic, auxiliary lanes for entering and leaving the highway, and improvement to Plaza Drive. Mill Creek Project Gets State Funding

Mill Creek Urban Riparian Renewal Project received $499,265 in state funding.
