Major components of the agreement include:
· A 2-year term;
· A 1% salary increase the first year, the first increase since 2009 (the increase will be received on paychecks employees will receive July 19);
· A 2% salary increase the second year;
· An increased annual tool allowance from $800 to $960.
Agreements have previously been reached with the Supervisors and Managers Group and confidential employees/department heads. Both groups received a 1% salary increase in a one-year agreement.
