Join us for an inside look at the Manuel F. Hernandez Community Center (MHCC) on Friday, May 15th as the City of Visalia Parks & Recreation Department hosts an Open House and Movie Night from 5 to 10 p.m. Learn about the programs and activities that take place at the MHCC and get information on the upcoming summer schedule.
Home to the after school drop-in program through the school year, the MHCC’s summer schedule features special youth enrichment programs and events. In addition, get information on the Loop Bus’ summer schedule and services provided by other community based organizations in the area.
At dusk, approximately 8 p.m., the festive atmosphere moves into adjoining Summers Park as a special screening of “Monsters University” is held in the park.
