I need a copy of a birth or death certificate.

Copies of birth or death certificates are available from the Tulare County Clerk Recorder.

Copies of divorce, birth or death certificates are available from the Tulare County Clerk Recorder.

I need a copy of a marriage certificate.

Passports may be applied for at City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia from 9:30 to 4:00 p.m.  Applications are available there as well.
