Chaplains Corps

Visalia Police Department Chaplains perform invocations & convocations at Departmental functions and/or City functions when requested.  Chaplains are also available to respond to assist citizens in the community and/or members of the Department during a situation, whether as a response to a high stress incident or as an ongoing need for counseling and spiritual guidance (if sought).  Types of incidents VPD Chaplains respond to include death notifications and officer involved shootings.
