Support Services Bureau


Support Services Manager Lisa Davis oversees the Support Services Bureau which includes the Communications Unit and the Records Unit.

Lisa Davis began her employment with the Visalia Police Department in 2001, working as a Police Records Specialist. In 2003, Lisa promoted to the position of Senior Police Records Specialist and in 2007, she was promoted to Police Records Supervisor. In 2021, Lisa was promoted to Support Services Manager.

During her employment with the Visalia Police department, Lisa held several assignments in the division including overseeing the Records Unit, Court Services Unit, and the Crime Analysis Unit. She currently oversees the Communications Unit and the Records Unit.

Lisa Davis attended Fresno Pacific University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. In 2017, Lisa graduated from the City of Visalia Supervisory Leadership Program. Lisa also holds a POST Records Supervisor Certificate.
