Comments, compliments, and complaints

 

If you’d like to file a comment, compliment or complaint, you may submit it by phone, email, mail or in person. If you require assistance with filling the form, our staff can assist you. A complaint may be filed by the affected party or by a representative within 180 days after the date of the incident. The original complaint will be kept for one year and a summary of complaints for five years.

You have the option of filing a complaint directly to the Federal Transit Administration by mailing your complaint to:
