Survey/CADD

The City of Visalia Land Surveying and Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD) staff, working under the Engineering Development Services Division, are responsible for performing a wide range of City related services.

These services include necessary surveying and drafting for City of Visalia Capital Improvement Projects; technical review and approval of parcel maps and final subdivision maps related to private development projects; preservation of historical survey monuments required to accurately locate property boundaries, easements and public rights of way; the archival of existing infrastructure plans; and assisting the public with sewer connections to existing residential homes.
